Shipping Policy
In order to provide a smooth and convenient shopping experience and ensure product delivery at the highest standards, Remedix’s shipping policy is as follows:
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours from order confirmation, excluding official holidays and public vacations.
In case of any delay, you will be notified by phone or email.
Delivery Time
Within Jeddah: Delivery takes 1 to 2 days maximum.
Outside Jeddah: Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on the destination.
Shipping Fees
Free shipping on orders exceeding 149 SAR.
For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of 15 SAR applies across all regions in the Kingdom.
Order Tracking
Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a message containing a tracking number that allows you to follow your order until delivery.
Delivery & Receipt
Please ensure that the address and contact number provided are accurate to avoid delays or loss of shipment.
In case of refusal or failure to receive the order, shipping and return fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
If the product is damaged or does not match the order, Remedix will bear the shipping and replacement costs, provided that customer service is notified within one day of receiving the product to take the necessary action.
